Workout of the Day: July 27, 2017

Today I did a short circuit that took about 25 minutes. It incorporates a lot of different muscle groups, which I have really been liking lately. 

Strength (3 sets of everything)

  • :60s Wall Sit
  • 50 Sit-Ups 
  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Lunges (20 each side)
  • 20 Jump Squats
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 10 Burpees

Cardio

2 mile run 

Abs

  • 20 Crunches
  • 30 Toe Touches
  • 5 Lying Leg Raises
  • 30 Russian Twists
  • :30 sec Plank
  • :30 sec Side Plank (both sides)
  • 20 Mountain Climbers (20 each leg)
  • 10 Leg Climb Crunches (Right)
  • 30 Bicycles
  • 10 Oblique Crunches ( both sides)
  • :30 sec Plank
  • 10 Tuck Ups
  • 10 Leg Climb Crunches (Left)
  • 5 Lying Leg Raises
  • 30 Mountain Climbers (30 each leg)
