Here is a quick snippet of my workout today! Since I had to work this morning, I had to split up my workout and do it throughout the day. I always try to do my workouts all at once, but when you have a busy schedule you have to learn to compromise. I typically do two medium length workouts every day, one in the morning and one in the evening. I try to focus on a specific muscle group everyday, while also incorporating cardio and abs. Today, I focused on upper body and stared off the day with a 15 minute Sworkit upper body circuit. The workout included 30 second reps of multiple types of upper body workouts. I work at a gymnastics gym as a coach so I got some stretching and light cardio in there. Later in the afternoon, I ran 1.5 miles and did one of my favorite ab workouts from Pinterest. You can find here! I also tested 1 minute of sit ups and 1 minute of push-ups. This is a pretty standard workout for me, however, many days I will do a second 15-30 minute circuit style strength workout in the afternoon.
